This lot comes from the Chelchele washing station, which sources cherries from hundreds of local smallholder farmers. Chelchele coffees are known for their sweet backbone with floral and citrus overtones. In Yirgacheffe, farmers cultivate small, diversified plots without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, delivering fresh cherries daily to the washing station where the coffee is processed and dried on raised beds.
