This lot comes from the Chelchele washing station in the Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe, which gathers cherries from hundreds of neighbouring smallholder farmers. Chelchele coffees are prized for their sweet, delicate cup with floral and stone-fruit character. Growers tend small, diversified plots without chemical inputs and deliver fresh cherry daily to the station, where it is naturally processed and slowly dried on raised beds.
