Grown at Sira Estates in Bali, this lot comes from producer Aris Prayoga. The cherries are dried whole in the natural process, which draws out a syrupy sweetness and lifts the fruit character in the cup. Roasted for espresso, it pours with sweet orange acidity, a berry-driven middle and a soft macadamia finish.
