Another lot from Indonesian processing innovator Reza Nurullah, named for its remarkably distinct flavour. The cherries go through a 72-hour Double Mossto fermentation using a unique triple-yeast combination, then are dried as a Black Honey — leaving a high percentage of mucilage on the bean to maximise sweetness, body and fruit vibrancy.
