From Reza Nurullah, whose home-experiments with fermentation turned him into one of Indonesia's most celebrated specialty producers, known for inventive processing and witty lot names. "El Davisio" is a playful nod to Colombia's famous El Diviso farm. The cherries undergo an intensive Double Mossto fermentation with a unique triple-yeast combination over 72 hours before being dried as a Natural, yielding a vivid, soda-like cup.
