Grown by Jenita Lebang of Aluk Coffee, a producer dedicated to preserving the generations-old coffee traditions of Tana Toraja while supporting local farmers and children's education. This lot comes from Pulu-Pulu in North Toraja, perched between 1,900 and 2,100 MASL in one of the highest growing regions in Indonesia. The cool, high-altitude microclimate slows cherry maturation and concentrates flavour, on a farm so remote it is almost impossible to reach by four-wheeled vehicle.
